2007 Summer School - arbitration held October 7, 2009. SAEA and the District are waiting for the arbitrator's decision. The 2008 and 2009 Summer School grievances are pending the outcome of the 2007 Summer School arbitration.
Intermediate Class Size - arbitration was scheduled for November 23, 2009. The District & SAEA reached a settlement without going to arbitration.
